From fabric to fascia
My path began in fashion design __ until yoga cracked something open and sent me across continents, from the shala floors of Mysore to a tribal village in
Northern Thailand, where I discovered the power of touch.
“I am absolutely obsessed with bodywork __ an ongoing apprenticeship to the body’s own intelligence. ”
That passion led me to OsteoThai and eventually to formal osteopathic studies at the Swiss International College of Osteopathy. Today I work with gentle, precise, manual techniques to help the body find its own balance __ from newborns to elderly, blending anatomy, deep touch and genuine listening.
My two modalities
OSTEOTHAI ON FUTON
floor -based, fluid, combining thai techniques with osteopathic listening
OSTEOPATHIC TREATMENT
precise, hands-on, table work addressing structural, visceral & craniosacral dysfunction
WHO I WORK WITH
Newborns – Infants – Children – Teenagers – Adults – Elderly
Osteopathy adapts entirely to the person, not to the other way around
What osteopathy help with
Osteopathy treat the whole, not just the symptoms
Whether you come with a specific pain or a sense that something is off – osteopathy looks for the root of the cause, not just the episode.

Osteopathy is not a miracle cure. If what you are experiencing requires medical
attention. I will always say so and refer you on _ not to replace the care it
sometimes needs elsewhere.
